Got into the small fishing village of Huanchaco (a town famous for its cigar shaped fishing boats made of reeds) a few days ago. Went out and to surf with Scratcher on the first day, surfing isnt my thing, the strong currents swept me half way down the beach and the rocky bottom and the poor conditions made me think twice before getting in again, Scratcher caught a couple of nice waves but I think I'll stick to snowboarding.
Went into and explored Trujillo on the second day, its Perus seconds biggest city.
Pils arrived from Lake Titikaka yesterday morning. Went fishing in the afternoon and caught a couple of nice fish off the pier.
Tonight Yasmin, (Scratcher and Pils workmate) is going to join us in Huanchaco.

Great to hear more about your trip. Love the photos and especially the one where you are wearing the great looking hat. You are looking well from the photos, and must be having a great time. Look after yourself, enjoy the rest of your trip and be safe.
